Price Boost: Chelsea and the Manchester sides enhanced to win

| 11.02.2015

A set of six Premier League fixtures on Wednesday is sure to get a few reaching for their betting accounts to put on a mid-week accumulator and it would be a genuine shock if Chelsea, Manchester United and Manchester City didn’t form the bedrock of most of them.

But rather than scrabble around to find other results to boost your price, why not just take up Ladbrokes’ generous promotional offer to boost the odds of all three top-flight giants in a treble?

Betting on the trio of title hopefuls in their mid-week action would have given you odds of 7/4 prior to the boost, but the bookie’s decision to inflate that price has the treble paying out at 9/4 instead.

That’s certainly a generous offering considering the three opponents Chelsea, United and City face.

The Blues entertain Roberto Martinez’s Everton having not lost a single Premier League game at Stamford Bridge so far this term. In addition, the Toffees have not tasted victory in any of their last 23 trips to face the champions elect.

At Old Trafford, Louis van Gaal’s men welcome Burnley to the Theatre of Dreams and should fancy their chances of bagging a few goals considering Sean Dyche’s side have shipped at least two in eight of their last nine away outings. The Red Devils have also won seven of their last eight at home in all competitions.

Finally, Man City travel to Stoke to complete the favourite cliche about testing themselves on a cold Wednesday night at the Britannia Stadium.

Considering their recent form of five winless games, the defending champions are perhaps the most precarious punt of the three, but should take solace from the fact that Mark Hughes’ charges have only managed to beat one side from the current top eight in front of their own fans this term.
