Players Championship 4-fold including Taylor and MVG pays 6/1

It’s the second round of tungsten-based action at the Players Championship Finals and while the two giants of darts will breeze through in Minehead, we’re also tipping two slight underdogs to bump up our multiple.
If the below quartet of selections come home to roost then Ladbrokes customers can walk off with winnings at the tune of 6/1.
The first of our price-plumping underdogs at the oche is Dutchman Van der Voort who is in tip-top form coming into this clash, having hammered ‘The Hammer’ himself in round one.
Last season’s semi-finalist Andy Hamilton was blown away 6-0 and although Wright edged a narrow contest in Coventry earlier this month, Van der Voort’s finishing has drastically improved in Minehead.
Reigning champion Van Gerwen made mincemeat of compatriot Raymond van Barnaveld on his return to Butlins, throwing eight 180s en-route to a 6-2 victory.
Up against The Bull next, Mighty Mike will be looking for his third straight victory over Jenkins this autumn having beaten him 11-4, then 10-4 at the European Championships and Grand Slam of Darts respectively.
This price says it all. Crowned Grand Slam of Darts champions for the sixth time prior to this tournament, which included a 16-9 defeat of King in the semis, Taylor should have little problem progressing.
BDO World Champion Bunting will be looking to make his mark on the PDC scene and showed he’s on the right track at the Grand Slam of Darts, topping a group containing Anderson.
The Bullet shot down the Flying Scotsman with a 5-2 victory a few weeks ago and having also dumped James Wade out in Wolverhampton to make the quarters, will fancy a repeat of victory in Minehead.
