Judy Murray heavily backed for Strictly exit in Blackpool

Ladbrokes punters are finally beginning to shun Judy Murray’s chances of winning Strictly Come Dancing, according to the bookmaker.
As the dancers head to Blackpool for the weekend to perform in the famous Tower Ballroom, it looks like Judy’s time on the show is running out and is now being backed to leave (7/4) instead of winning (40/1).
And with son Andy’s season over after his group stage exit at the ATP Tour Finals, it’s just a 2/1 chance he’s in the crowd cheering on his Mum and her dance partner Anton du Bekke.
Jessica Bridge of Ladbrokes said: “The momentum is finally grinding to a halt for Judy, and if the money’s to be correct then she’ll be waving goodbye to the ballroom in Blackpool, much to the relief of the bookies.”
After Alison Hammond’s exit last weekend, Sunetra also looks in danger of elimination with odds of 3/1 available, or it’s 10/3 that Steve and Ola needn’t have bothered kissing and making up following bullying allegations, should the wildlife man be kicked out of the show on Sunday night.
Saturdays star Frankie Bridge remains the short-priced favourite at 2/1 to win the BBC One show despite mixed reviews from the judges for her routine last weekend.
Eastenders actor Jake Wood and Popstar Pixie Lott come next in the 2014 winner market and are both rated as 3/1 shots by the bookies.
Caroline Flack is 6/1 to bounce back from being in the bottom two and go all the way, while TOWIE star Mark Wright’s impressive performances in the past few weeks have seen his odds shorten to 8/1 to be this year’s winner.
Frankie Bridge 2/1, Jake Wood 3/1, Pixie Lott 3/1, Caroline Flack 6/1, Mark Wright 8/1,Simon Webbe 25/1, Judy Murray 40/1, Sunetra Sarker 66/1, Steve Backshall 66/1.
