I’m a Celebrity: Sykes gets spikey, while Foggy’s a market mover

No sooner had Kendra and Edwina buried the hatchet and got over their heated argument, had another tense stand-off begun between two other campmates.

It seems a simple offer of a bit of fruit is all it takes for a former Health Minister to win round a Playboy bunny, but it may take more than a pint of Boddingtons for Mel Sykes and Vicki Michelle to settle their scores if their sniping continues.

And what may seem like a simple misunderstanding has led to tensions rising between the pair.

The former ‘Allo ‘Allo actress responded to a question from Sykes, that was aimed at Jake, caused Mel to retort: “I’m not talking to you Vicki, I’m talking to Jake. Jake asked me a question and I’m just having a conversation”.

The pair both acknowledged in the Bush Telegraph that things were getting snappy, and that ill feeling continues to brew.

Sykes, still comfortably second-favourite to win subsequently has seen her odds drift slightly from 9/4 to 5/2 to claim glory.

Hot favourite Jimmy’s odds were also pushed out slightly from 8/13 to 4/6, but that was perhaps to do with the support to his partner in the ‘Shed of Dread’.

Carl Fogarty’s willingness to get stuck in as well as his continued camaraderie with the former Premier League footballer has seen the Superbike ace’s winning chances boosted, his odds shortening from 25/1 to 14/1.

While Foggy has enjoyed a good couple of days, things look like going back to the same arduous routine for the aforementioned Kendra.

Having taken far too long to face her fears in the ‘Grim Gallery’ bushtucker trial, Wilkinson was left with only one star for camp.

And with the British public’s masochistic tendencies involving watching ‘celebrities’ in misery, the former Playboy playmate was once again voted to take the ‘Little House on the Scary’ trial tonight.

Should she continue to suffer it wouldn’t be a huge shock to see Kendra walk, after she hinted at it at the end of the live show on Wednesday.

With a first eviction looming, she could be beaten out the door by Vicki Michelle, with the actress currently the 2/1 favourite to be the one to go.
