Gordon Strachan’s side’s recent form has been a real cause for optimism north of the border, especially after their strong showing in an undeserved 2-1 defeat to world champions Germany last time out.
Scotland, who have suffered just one defeat in their last seven matches, can put that defeat behind them though against a Georgia side who have managed just one win in their last nine on the road.
Following their World Cup win, retirements have depleted Joachim Loew’s squad options significantly but that’s not to say Germany don’t have the quality to see off Poland in Warsaw.
Just friendly defeats to USA and Argentina tarnish the German record in their last 30 matches and with no defeat on the road in 18 European Championship qualification matches, the win looks likely here.
These two sides suffered differing fortunes of the opening night of qualification for the Euros with Romania sealing a vital win in Greece, while Hungary suffered a shock defeat to Northern Ireland.
And with Romania coming out on top 3-0 when these two sides met just last September we are backing Victor Piturca’s side for another three points here.
Serbia, who have suffered just one defeat in their last 10 matches in all competition, should have the tools to see off an Armenia side who are on a run of four straight defeats.
But with wins over Czech Republic, Denmark and Bulgaria to their name, plus a draw with European heavyweights Italy in the last two years Bernard Challandes’ side are prone to causing the odd upset.
