International Acca: England win boosts five-fold bet

Published:

England may have failed to impress against Norway and go into Monday’s Euro 2016 qualification opener as underdogs against the Swiss but Ladbrokes News is keeping the faith.

While Monday’s fixtures are much harder to pick than Sunday’s, we’re backing England to deliver the goods as part of a five-fold returning £83.98 from a stake of just £10!

Read on to find out why this acca should still tempt.

Russia to beat Lichtenstein @ 1/16

Included on this list to bump the returns just a little, Russia have lost just once in 20 Euro qualifiers as hosts. This record is likely to be hampered by a Lichtenstein outfit that has won just once in 25 and has never won triumphed from home in the competition.

Belarus to Luxembourg @ 1/5

Fresh from smashing six goals past Tajikistan, Belarus will be confident against a team that has netted just five goals in 20 Euro qualifiers as hosts. Luxembourg lost 16 of those games, winning just one, and will be convincingly put to the sword again here.

Lithuania to beat San Marino @ 2/11

Lithuania have lost three away qualifiers on the bounce. San Marino have never won – home of away – in the 56 qualifying attempts scoring six and conceding 259 in that time. Lump on!

England to beat Switzerland @ 17/10

For all the criticism levelled at England the Three Lions have lost just two of their last 18 Euro qualifiers as the away side. Switzerland are a solid outfit at home but have not beaten England since 1981, with the Three Lions winnings three of the last four meetings.

Confidence in England is extremely low but we’re not ready to turn our back on the national side – just yet!

Ukraine to beat Slovakia @ 8/13

Slovakia have won four of their last five games, but were victorious just once in the previous 10. Ukraine, on the other hand, have lost just nice in 17 Euro qualifiers when on hosting duties and are expected to come out on top again here.
