League One accumulator: Doncaster and MK Dons will deliver

Published:

Last week League One accumulator fans were left screaming at Russell Slade following Leyton Orient’s 0-0 draw, a result that denied us all a sensational 7/1 fourfold win.

Having come so close to success on that occasion we’ve redoubled our efforts to bring you a third tier accumulator sure to leave you smiling come 5pm on Saturday and available at odds of just over 17/1 with Ladbrokes.

Featuring wins for League Cup giant killers Doncaster and MK Dons as well as victories for two of the divisions form sides in Peterborough and Swindon, read on for the lowdown on the four fixtures involved.

Peterborough to beat Colchester @ 5/4

The Posh picked up a great 1-0 win last time out away at Bradford and we are backing them for victory over a Colchester side on a run of four straight defeats. Peterborough romped to a 5-1 win last time they visited the Weston Homes Community Stadium and are also a great price.

Doncaster to beat Oldham @ 23/20

Paul Dickov’s team were well worth their 2-1 win away at Championship side Watford in the League Cup on Tuesday night and should have enough to pick up a third win on the bounce against an Oldham side with two points from the 12 available so far this term.

MK Dons to beat Crawley @ 3/4

The good times look set to roll on for Manchester United’s League Cup conquerors with a home fixture against a Crawley side on a run of three successive losses in the league and cup. MK Dons have gone three games without conceding and should prove too much for John Gregory’s charges.

Swindon to beat Coventry @ 23/20

The Robins put up a brave fight in their 4-2 extra-time defeat to Brighton in the League Cup last time out but should fare better against a Coventry side with one win from their last five. Swindon have beaten City in each of their last three meetings and look on course to make that four.
