There is no better way to spend a Thursday evening than indulging in a feast of Europa League football and to make this week’s even more exciting Ladbrokes News have come up with a 6/1 fivefold accumulator that looks too good to miss.

Everyone knows Thursday is Spursday and this one is no different with the north London club selected for victory alongside some of the biggest names in European football in Lyon, Torino, Panathinaikos and Villarreal.

Stake £10 with Ladbrokes on all five selections and you could be counting returns of £66.40. Read on to find out why you won’t want to miss out on this week’s Europa League feast…

Tottenham to beat AEL Limassol @ 2/5

AEL Limassol have enjoyed an excellent pre-season campaign recording four wins and a draw from five matches.

The Cypriot side also boast a 1-0 Champions League home win over Zenit (the Russian side won the return leg 3-0) so Tottenham will have to be fully on their guard when they travel to the Stadio Antonis Papadopoulos.

But Spurs have been here before and after breaking their West Ham voodoo at the weekend, Mauricio Pochettino’s side will be confident of victory against a side who have won just one of their last six Europa League ties.

Lyon to beat Astra Giurgiu @ 4/11

Lyon may have had a mixed start to their Ligue 1 campaign but in Europe they have looked in fine fettle with a 6-2 aggregate win over Mlada Boleslav in the previous round.

The French side now face Romanian side Astra looking to improve a record which has seen them lose just once (to Juventus) in 11 Europa League matches at the Stade de Gerland.

Astra have a decent European record having just lost once on the road in this competition but they have not faced a club in size, stature or quality of Hubert Fournier’s side.

Torino to beat RNK Split @ 1/2

Torino are still nearly two weeks away from the start of Serie A but a 7-0 win over Brommapojkarna in the last round of the Europa League showed they’re in excellent form coming into this one.

On the other hand RNK Split are without a win in from their last five matches and face the Italian side coming off the back of two straight defeats.

It’s difficult to see anything other than a straightforward victory for Urbano Cairo’s side.

Panathinaikos to beat FC Midtjylland @ 3/5

It’s never an easy task heading to Greece to face Panathinaikos in front of their own fans and it promises to be no different for Danish side FC Midtjylland.

Glen Riddersholm’s team come into the clash in excellent form, topping the Danish Superliga, but they face a side who have lost just one of eight Europa League clashes at the Stadio Apostolos.

The Greens have lost just one of 16 matches at home in all competitions and we expect them to continue that fine record against Miditjylland.

Villarreal to beat Astana @ 9/20

Astana are unbeaten in five coming into this contest but that run should come to an end when Villarreal visit the Astana Arena.

The Yellow Submarine have enjoyed an excellent pre-season and are on a run of nine matches without defeat stretching back into the last campaign.

The Spaniards may have not been in this competition since 2011 but have suffered just one defeat in their last 10 matches so this is one fixture where we do not expect an upset.
