Liverpool star among five possible Galactico targets for Real Madrid

With Real Madrid at risk of winning nothing bar the Copa del Rey – they are 5/4 to top La Liga due to requiring Atletico Madrid to slip up twice, and are 13/5 to lift the Champions League after drawing Bayern Munich – focus shifts to who the next glamour buy will be.

Luis Suarez
Suarez has established himself as one of the very best players on the planet this term thanks to 29 goals in 29 Premier League games. However, as Liverpool managed to keep hold of the Uruguayan even with no Champions League football to offer, they will be confident of retaining him now.
Radamel Falcao
There was plenty of speculation when Falcao joined Monaco that it was a stopgap before moving to Real Madrid because Atletico Madrid wouldn’t sell directly. The Colombian’s reputation has been dented a bit since though due to supposedly disinterested displays before his long injury layoff.
Sergio Aguero
What better way to get back at Atletico, if the less illustrious capital club do the unthinkable and win the title, than to steal one of their chief 21st century heroes? Kun’s recent susceptibly to injury is a slight concern, but there is no questioning the forward’s ability when fit.
Eden Hazard
After a decent first season at Chelsea in which he showcased his potential without quite delivering regularly enough, Jose Mourinho has reared a more consistent menace, the result being 17 goals in 2013/14. Paris St-Germain are sniffing around Stamford Bridge, yet the Blues don’t plan to sell.
Yaya Toure
Real Madrid have often seen players that were either on their books (Samuel Eto’o) or should have been (Ronaldinho) punish them with Barcelona, so would love to reverse the trend. The only problem is that Toure has previously claimed that he wouldn’t sign for Real out of loyalty to Barca.
