Danish star given orders to swap shirts with Liverpool skipper

Highly-rated Lille defender and lifelong Liverpool fan Simon Kjaer is the man charged by his family to make a beeline for Gerrard’s shirt at the final whistle.
“For the first time in my career I have to go to another player and ask for his shirt – and that’s a bit embarrassing, really,” said Kjaer.
“My father and the rest of my family are huge Liverpool supporters, and my father has literally forced me to ask for Steven Gerrard’s jersey after the game.
“So I am a man with a mission – also after the game.”
According to Ladbrokes, grabbing Gerrard’s shirt may end up being the highlight for the Danish player, whose team are the 11/2 outsiders to win at Wembley.
