AC Milan can get back to winning ways at the San Siro

Published:

With a whole host of European football action to choose from on the television this weekend our news team have come up with a tempting fivefold for you at odds of just over 8/1.

European giants AC Milan and Real Madrid are our picks for victory on Saturday night, while Roma, Borussia Mönchengladbachand Valencia can complete the job on Sunday.

And if all our selections catch fire this weekend any customer placing a £10 bet could receive a payout of £80.58! Here are our reasons for the selections:

AC Milan to beat Chievo @ 4/9

Clarence Seedorf’s side finally got back to winning ways after an excellent 2-0 away win over Champions League qualification-chasing Fiorentina.

Now they have to put on a show in front of their own fans after three straight defeats at the San Siro and they will have no better opportunity than against a Chievo side on a run of four successive defeats on the road.

Real Madrid (-2) to beat Rayo Vallecano @ 13/20

Real Madrid’s La Liga title hopes were left in tatters after a shock 2-1 defeat to Sevilla in midweek but we are backing Carlo Ancelotti’s men to bounce back in style against Rayo Vallecano.

Los Blancos will have to be on their guard against Paco Jémez’s side, who are on a run of five games without defeat, but Cristiano Ronaldo and co will be eager to get back on track at the Bernabeu.

And with their last two La Liga games at home finishing 3-0 to the hosts we are backing them to overcome the -2 handicap for victory.

Roma to beat Sassuolo @ 4/9

Roma can get Sunday of to a winning start for our fivefold when they visit Serie A relegation candidates Sassuolo.

Rudi Garcia’s men are on a run of three straight victories and  they can take advantage of a side lacking confidence in front of their own fans after a run of just one win in six at home in the league.

Borussia Mönchengladbach to beat Hamburg @ 8/11

Gladbach may not be in the greatest form at the moment but Hamburg are not the strongest travellers in the Bundesliga.

Mirko Slomka’s side are on a run of four straight defeats on the road and meet a Die Fohlen side full of confidence after a 3-0 win over Hertha Berlin last time out at home.

Valencia to beat Getafe @ 4/9

It’s now no win in 14 for Getafe and they will not be relishing their trip to the Mestalla this weekend.

Valencia are unbeaten in their last nine matches in all competitions at home and can pile even more misery on a side who have been beaten on their last seven visits to the home of Los Che.
