Enhanced Week 3 Six Nations trebles exclusively at Ladbrokes

Ladbrokes have gone treble crazy for Week 3 of the Six Nations with enhanced prices chalked up on eight different combinations of three teams winning.

The shortest price available is for the three home favourites Wales, Italy and England all to account for France, Scotland and Ireland respectively at 7/2.

However, punters will be understandably wary of investing in the defending champions after their 26-3 humbling in Dublin. Many may say that the defeat came from the blue but Warren Gatland’s side were far below their best in the second period against Italy in their championship opener and with France showing the best form so far in the event it would be a brave pick.

Italy are deservedly favourites against an increasingly hapless Scotland who couldn’t even muster a single point in front of a desperate Murrayfield crowd last time.

On aggregate they have lost both their matches 48-6 compared to the Italians who have performed notably better despite also failing to register a point.

The Azzuri were excellent against Wales in the second-half in Week 1 and although the game got away from them in Paris they are much more comfortable on home soil and look a solid proposition for victory and almost certainly condemn Scotland to the dreaded wooden spoon.

Ireland were more effective than destructive against Scotland as they kicked off their tilt with an expected win, however, they turned it on against Wales next up and England will have to be at their very best to deny Brian O’Driscoll and co.

England are slight favourites heading into the pivotal clash courtesy of having the home comforts of Twickenham, however, that ultimately didn’t serve them well against France and they would have to be considered shaky favourites.
