Draw your own conclusions on our midweek League One treble

After the excitement of the FA Cup it’s up to League One to help keep the attention of football fans this week and below is a preview of three of the matches that look destined to end all-square.

Leyton Orient v Coventry – to draw @ 5/2

Leyton Orient are only two points off league leaders Brentford and have collected maximum points from their last three games but preference is for the Waltham Forest outfit to come up just short against Coventry.

Although the Sky Blues were beaten 4-0 in the end by Arsenal it was an admirable display by the underdogs as they matched the Premier League leaders for large parts of the second period.

Before that expected defeat Steven Pressley’s team had gone five matches unbeaten in the league, including three draws.

And the habit looks set to stay at least for this game as both teams come into the match in high spirits which could mean they come away with the same rewards as was the case when this fixture was last played back in October.

Port Vale v Crawley – to draw @ 12/5

Crawley have drawn their last two matches on the road and that trend looks set to continue against Port Vale.

John Gregory’s side will be desperate to put more than the five points between themselves and the relegation places but a maximum haul may be beyond them considering their opponents confidence at home.

Forgetting the 3-1 reverse to Brighton in the FA Cup at the weekend Micky Adams’ men have been difficult to beat at home, going six matches unbeaten.

However, two of those results ended all-square and the Valiants may need to wait until the weekend to make a significant step towards the play-offs which they are currently six points adrift of.

Stevenage v Crewe – to draw @ 12/5

Relegation-threatened Crewe have been largely awful on the road, picking up only nine points all season but they should be able to make it double figures away to an equally unreliable Stevenage side.

Both teams have really struggled this season but it is the Herefordshire club that find themselves at the bottom of the table.

A lack of momentum has been at the root of Graham Westley’s problems with consecutive victories in the league only recorded once all campaign.

Losing 4-0 to Everton won’t have bothered anyone but a defeat to potential trapdoor rivals Notts County the week before will have.

The match is destined to be a forgetful one and with both teams arriving desperately in need of a win it could end up following the form of the only other two fixtures between these teams which have both finished all-square.

Treble pays out just over 39/1
