Back Wolves, Rotherham and Brentford in 8/1 League One treble

Published:

In-form Brentford are the cornerstone of a League One treble which pays just over 8/1 with Ladbrokes.

Throw top-of-the-table Wolves and rock solid Rotherham in to the mix and you could see returns of £85.30 off the back of a £10 bet.

Wolves to beat Peterborough @ 13/8

Three straight defeats has seen Peterborough’s League One title challenge unravel in the space of nine days, while top-of the table Wolves have gone from strength-to-strength with an 11-game unbeaten run.

It really is no surprise to see Kenny Jackett’s men heading up the division considering their  record on the road, which reads six wins and two draws from their eight matches away from Molineux.

With the Posh’s current form, expect the Wanderers to cement their place at the top of the division with another three points.

Rotherham to beat Gillingham @ 4/6

Since a 1-0 defeat away at Leyton Orient in October, Rotherham have been one of the form sides in League One, going on a four-game unbeaten run.

A 0-0 stalemate with Carlisle apart, the Millers have notched 13 goals in their last six games and they will be confident of securing three points on their home turf against inconsistent Gillingham.

The Gills picked up an important win against Stevenage last time out but inconsistency has been Peter Taylor’s side’s biggest problem this term. Coupled with a poor record on the road – six defeats in nine league matches away from home – it could be a struggle for Gillingham at the New York Stadium.

Brentford to beat Notts County @ 19/20

The Brentford bandwagon keeps rolling on after two goals in the last 10 minutes against Peterborough stretched their unbeaten run to seven games in League One.

The dramatic 3-2 victory against their promotion rivals at London Road sent the Bees up to fourth in the table and this weekend they should have far too much for struggling Notts County.

The Magpies may have held Bradford to a 1-1 draw at Valley Parade in midweek, but the result only hides the terrible form Shaun Derry’s side have been in.

It’s now no wins in six in all competition for Notts and expect that run to continue against The Bees.
