Acca-busting Accrington will take their turn to reward followers

Three wins in their previous four League Two outings have lifted the Lancashire side above the Gulls at the foot of the table and backing Stanley to continue their progression looks the smart move.
Divisional rivals Hartlepool United also merit attention ahead of their home fixture against bottom side Northampton Town, while high-flying Southend United are another pick to watch out for when they host inconsistent York City.

Rookie Accrington boss Beattie was already starting to feel the heat a few weeks ago with his first managerial appointment looking as if it could turn out to be a disastrously short-lived reign.
But a recent trio of wins has seen his much-maligned side claw their way up the table where they sit one place above visitors Torquay.
By contrast, Alan Knill’s Gulls have been in freefall, winning just one of their last nine league outings while failing to score in all three of their most recent defeats.
Conceding at the other end of the pitch has also been a problem for a team with the division’s worst goal difference. And given that they’ve lost four times on their previous five visits to the Crown Ground they look unlikely to find much respite on this occasion.
Hartlepool to beat Northampton @ 21/20
Hartlepool’s ascent up the table has stalled of late but the visit of bottom-dwellers Northampton Town should see Colin Cooper’s side record a fairly routine victory.
Pools’ home form can usually be relied upon and the hosts will go in search of a fifth win in their last six at Victoria Park in all competitions.
Veteran midfielder Andy Monkhouse remains a catalyst for Hartlepool, netting four times already this season, and he was on the scoresheet in a 4-0 Football League Trophy victory when these two sides last met in 2010.
Four is a noteworthy number in relation to this encounter: Aidy Boothroyd’s Cobblers have only scored four goals in eight games on the road and with 13 conceded they look extremely vulnerable.
York have already shown they’re capable of taking on League Two’s big guns this season but their inconsistency coupled with Southend’s fine form gives reason to believe it could be another off-day for the Minstermen.
Phil Brown’s side are currently enjoying a three-game winning streak while the visitors have won just one of their previous nine matches.
This fixture should be an interesting affair – York manager Gary Mills has seen his side score in all but one of their eight away from home – but Southend’s momentum looks set to continue as they chase a fourth consecutive victory and clean sheet.
