Sociedad and Sevilla bump up value of our 11/1 La Liga acca

Published:

The final day of the La Liga season is fast approaching, and though Barcelona wrapped up the title long ago, there is still plenty to play for.

Deportivo v Sociedad

A win for Deportivo would ensure another season in La Liga, while Sociedad must win if they’re to have a chance at playing Champions League football next year.

Sociedad have lost just one of their last nine on the road, but Deportivo are unbeaten in six at the Estadio Municipal de Riazor.

Five of those matches came against teams in the lower half of La Liga however, and Deportivo have won just one of their last nine against sides in the top half of the table.

We fancy Sociedad at 6/4 to claim the win.

Real Madrid v Osasuna

Osasuna have only kept three clean sheets on their league travels this season, and face a Real Madrid side which has rifled in 23 goals in their last five La Liga games at the Santiago Bernabeu.

After an opening home game 1-1 draw with Valencia, Real have scored at least twice in every match in the capital this season, and with the pressure off for both sides, it’s near-impossible to see beyond a Madrid win at 2/7 here, especially since Osasuna have failed to score in three of their last four away games.

Barcelona v Malaga

Only a 2-2 with Real Madrid will deny champions Barcelona a perfect home league record if they win this final day match with Malaga.

Manuel Pellegrini’s side have won just one of their last seven away from home, losing their last four.

Malaga have conceded at least two goals in the Nou Camp in each of their last 11 visits, and Barcelona to win at 2/7 is the bet for us on this accumulator.

Seville v Valencia

Valencia need to match or better Real Sociedad’s result to guarantee a Champions League place, but have a dismal record at the Estadio Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan having not won there since 2004, going 10 visits without a win.

Sevilla’s only defeats in their last ten at home have come against a Radamel Falcao-inspired Atletico Madrid and a high-flying Sociedad, and we think Sevilla will give the home supporters a final home victory at 2/1.

This accumulator value is 11/1
