Away side Levante can continue their charge for a Champions League spot when they travel to face lowly Celta Vigo.
The Valencia club are currently in sixth place in La Liga, and have won three of their last four games in all competitions.
Celta Vigo on the other hand, recorded their first win in seven last time out after completing a narrow 1-0 victory against Real Zaragoza.
Levante’s ex-Newcastle forward Obafemi Martins has five league goals, while Celta’s Iago Aspas has one more with six and both players represent their side’s main attacking threat.
The visitors are unbeaten in the four clashes with Celta Vigo, and Levante could make it three wins from five by repeating their La Liga win during the 06/07 season at the renovated Balaídos stadium.
Fiorentina to beat Sampdoria @ 1/2
Serie A high-flyers Fiorentina play host to mid-table Sampdoria at the Stadio Artemio Franchi set to extend their impressive run of nine games unbeaten.
La Viola have only lost twice all season – away to Napoli and Inter Milan – and should be sure of victory against a Sampdoria side that only recently ended a run of seven straight defeats.
Ciro Ferrara’s side have bounced back from that baron spell with back-to-back victories, but they were both on home soil against opposition beneath then in the table.
Therefore a trip to third place Fiorentina looks beyond them, who are enjoying a strong campaign under new coach Vincenzo Montella who has coaxed six league strikes from their coveted playmaker Stevan Jovetić already.
The hosts have failed to win just once on their own patch this term, when they were held to a draw by Italian champions Juventus. Expect the full three points from this clash.
Real Mallorca to draw with Real Zaragoza @ 12/5
A draw looks the most likely outcome when strugglers Real Mallorca and Real Zaragoza meet in La Liga.
Hosts Mallorca have won in nine outings in all competitions, while Zaragoza have lost two in a row, most recently a disappointing 1-0 defeat to fellow relegation battlers Celta Vigo.
The visitors have won two and lost four on the road this campaign, and are curiously yet to record a single draw.
For the home side, the wins have dried up after three in five at the beginning of the season, who are now in 16th position.
Zaragoza are slightly higher up in 13th, but with just five goals scored in six away games they are unlikely to prove superior, so a draw looks the best bet.
