Crouch, Harrington or Button – who is sporting the best mo?

Published:

A host of sports stars have embraced the mo this Movember, but what we want to know is which has done the best job?

Peter Crouch

If we were looking for an actor with a mo to play the lead role in a new TV detective series or a World War II remake along the lines of Secret Army, then Crouch would win hands down.

The bad news for Crouch is that it has not helped him on the pitch as he has failed to score in his three Stoke appearances in November, must be that the mo is weighing him down in the opposing penalty box?

Padraig Harrington

Craig Stadler is a worthy role model in the golf world – after all he did win the 1982 Masters and 12 other PGA Tour titles.

Therefore, credit must be given to Padraig Harrington for creating his version of the legendary ‘Walrus’ moustache.

Toby Flood

Despite now being aged 27, Toby Flood would arguably still not look older than many attendees at a teenage disco, so he deserves extra kudos for growing this cracker, especially in a few weeks.

England will be hoping that it inspires them to a victory over South Africa after their defeat to Australia.

Jenson Button

Fair enough this image was taken fairly early in the month at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, but it remains a fairly tame effort.

Maybe, it affected the G-Force in his McLaren or did not fit the script of the next Head and Shoulders advert?

Michael Bridges

Although the tips of this moustache look very slightly like they have been added by felt-tip pen, this is a brilliant idea by the former Leeds striker to make him stand-out to Newcastle Jets manager Gary van Egmond.

Showing that you are committed to the club by opting for its colour is a winner in our eyes.

Add a comment at the bottom to tell us which of these, or any other sports star, has the best mo this Movember.
