League Two accumulator: Yorkshire sides among profit turners

Published:

There is no pause for breath in League Two, with an abundance of intriguing fixtures set to shape an entertaining weekend in the fourth tier.

And we believe we have selected four sides capable of claiming all three points to bring home a return at more than 11/1.

Rotherham are our first choice, as 10/11 hopes to dispose of Southend at the New York Stadium.

Only one side has scored more goals on their own patch than Rotherham during this campaign, and we expect more goals to flow as the Shrimpers pay Steve Evans’ side a visit.

The Millers have won four of their five home games so far this term, and should have too much for a travelling side that has won just once on the road this season.

We take another Yorkshire outfit to triumph at home as our second pick, with Bradford an appealing 5/6 to overcome York at Valley Parade.

Bradford, like Rotherham, have won four from five on their own patch this season, and welcome a side that has failed to score in their last three matches in all competitions.

Rochdale are our next selection, as we expect them to extend a six-game unbeaten run, as 10/11 favourites to best Morecambe at Spotland.

Jim Bentley’s visitors have won just once in their last seven matches, and haven’t claimed a three-point haul on the road since September 1st.

And our fourth and final pick is managerless Chesterfield, who we believe can extend an unbeaten home run that has stretched to five games so far this season.

The Spireites have added former Portugal international Luis Boa Morte to their ranks, and he can inspire the Derbyshire side to triumph over Dagenham and Redbridge at 17/20.

The visiting Daggers have been in decent recent form, but a first away win of the season still eludes them, and that is likely to remain the case after this clash.
