Vince Cable odds to be next Cabinet Member to leave cut
Published:Vince Cable has been cut to 5/1 to be the next Cabinet Member to leave according to Ladbrokes.
Over the last 24 hours the firm have seen punters heavily back the Business Secretary to depart from the coalition cabinet cutting his odds to 5/1 (from 12/1) making him the second favourite to walk next.
Chris Huhne is still the favourite at 9/4 although Ken Clarke is also proving a popular bet at 6/1.
Jessica Bridge of Ladbrokes said: “Vince Cable is skating on very thin ice.”
