Money back special makes it easier to take on Binocular

| 25.11.2011

Money Back on losing Win Single bets on the horse finishing 2nd in the Fighting Fifth if Binocular wins

There are some doubts as to what Binocular will turn up for the Fighting Fifth Hurdle and Ladbrokes have made it easier to take on the odds-on favourite at Newcastle.

Binocular is undoubtedly the class horse among the five runners in the Fighting Fifth, but he has run well below par on his last two starts.

Therefore, punters may be willing to take him on in the hope that he will be off-form again with either Celestial Halo or Overturn, who have both also had the luxury of a run already this season to shake off any summer rust.

And there is an added incentive to back either of the pair with Ladbrokes as if a selection ends up finishing second to Binocular the losing win stake will be refunded.

This effectively means that a punter fancying Overturn will not end up out of pocket if the horse either wins or finishes second to Binocular, taking some degree of risk out of the bet.
