Fulham vs QPR: London derbies leave Fulham feeling forlorn
It hasn’t been the greatest of starts for Fulham in the league but Martin Jol will be hoping the superb win in Denmark against Odense in midweek can kick start their season.
Queens Park Rangers travel to Craven Cottage on Sunday and Neil Warnock’s side have started their first season back in the Premier League very sprightly, but they travel to a stadium that Fulham perform very well in.
Match Odds
Fulham may have drawn five of their last six games but under the Craven Cottage roof Fulham have lost just one of their last 12 league games.
The Cottagers are 1/1 to win with the draw available at 12/5, but considering QPR have failed to scored in their last four matches with Fulham, the win would look the better bet.
However it’s been nine London derbies since Fulham last beat a neighbouring team, and QPR are available at 3/1.
Warnock has used 21 different starters in the league this season, the joint-most alongside Arsenal, and it seems the QPR manager is still unsure of his best side.
Total Goals
Only two of QPR’s seven matches this season have produced over 2.5 goals.
Fulham, who have played an incredible 17 games already this season, have been involved in three games that have produced over 2.5 goals since the Premier League season started and under 2.5 goals is available at 8/11.
The 0-0 draw is available at 8/1 but Fulham have Moussa Dembele and Bobby Zamora back after a bout of flu and Zamora, at 9/2 to score first, can end Fulham’s London derby jinx.
