Romanian Hanescu will have no answer to Djokovic the destroyer
Published:Novak Djokovic enters round two of the French Open on Wednesday and is 1/100 to stretch his 2011 unbeaten run to 39 matches.
His opponent, Victor Hanescu, was a beaten finalist on the Cote d’Azur last week although none of his opponents were in the same league as Djokovic.
The Romanian might be entering the tournament in good form, but Djokovic is easily the better tennis player and the Serb should have no problem justifying his 1/6 price to win 3-0.

Thomaz Bellucci vs Andreas Seppi
Bellucci stunned Andy Murray and Tomas Berdych before losing to Djokovic in Madrid a fortnight ago and the Brazilian offers the value of the day at 2/5 to beat Seppi.
Seppi has won their only previous meeting but the Italian’s clay court form has been shaky this season and Bellucci looks the pick at 5/2 to win 3-1.
Gabashvili was no match for Seppi in the first round while Bellucci faced a battle with Golubev, but the Brazilian has taken plenty of confidence from his victories over Murray and Berdych.
Stephane Robert vs Fabio Fognini
Robert caused the shock of the first round when upsetting Berdych and the Frenchman finds himself the underdog once again at 1/1 to beat Italian Fognini.
The two players have met twice before, both times on clay, and the Italian has prospered on both occasions although had to battle to his last win in 2009.
This is only the third time Fognini has got past the third round in his last three tournaments and so we’re siding with Robert to take this one 3-2 at 5/1.
