Cheryl Cole 6/4 to be X Factor Judge

Published:

Cheryl Cole is coming back to the UK this month but not to be a judge on the X Factor according to Ladbrokes.

Whilst the bookies make her odds-on (4/6) to return to the UK in May, and 1/2 to move back before the end of June it’s 6/4 that she takes a job as an X Factor judge in the next series (1/2 she doesn’t).

Cole’s return could signal an attack on the charts with odds of just 5/4 indicating she’s got a good chance of having another number one single this year. It’s a less likely 10/1 she links up with former band mates Girls Aloud for a tour in 2011.

And despite their quest for a new host odds of 500/1 suggest Countdown won’t be employing her to replace Jeff Stelling.

Alex Donohue of Ladbrokes said: “We expect Cole to be on the first plane back but not to take up another X Factor judging position. Music might be back on the agenda and we can confidently rule her out of the running for Countdown.”
