Raphael Jacquelin is dominating the Trophee Hassan II betting

With just a week to go before the start of the Masters, many of the European Tour professionals will be eager to play this week before they have to take a break for a week.

With the Masters being so close, many of the top European Tour stars have taken the week off in preparation for the first Major of the year paving the way for punters to find plenty of value in the Trophee Hassan II betting.

After his win in the Sicilian Open two weeks ago and his fourth place in the Open de Andalucia last week, Raphael Jacquelin is in top form and it’s no surprise to see him head the betting at 14/1.

The last two weeks have seen Jacquelin take on this calibre of opponent and it’s hard to oppose a man in such fine form, but there are some tempting prices further down the betting.

Rhys Davies will attempt to defend a title for the first time and while his start to the season has been mediocre, the fact he knows how to win stands him out in this crowd and at 50/1, the Welshman is a huge price to mount a challenge.

His aggregate score of 25-under par was the lower 72 hole score on the European Tour last year and that will fill Davies full of confidence.

Like Davies, Simon Dyson has had a pretty slow start to the year with a top-five finish in the Sicilian Open being his only highlight.

Dyson is 25/1 this week and will want to bounce back from missing the cut last in Malaga last week, and the Yorkshireman always performs strongly in weakened fields.

The pick of the betting is Soren Kjeldsen, who at 40/1, is not only the standout quality in this field, but a huge price and the Dane can kick start his season with a win in Morocco.

A £20 stake on Soren Kjeldsen winning the Trophee Hassan II would return £820. New customers can sign up here to get £60 in free bets.
