Hague backed into 8/1 to be the next out of the Cabinet
Published:WILLIAM HAGUE’S odds of being the next Cabinet member to leave have been cut by Ladbrokes.
Hague has been well backed to leave as punters react to his handling of the Libya situation and he is now the joint-third favourite at 8/1 (from 12/1). Long-time market leader Vince Cable trades at 7/2 with Michael Moore a 6/1 chance.
Alex Donohue of Ladbrokes said: “All the money in the last 48 hours has been for Hague as political punters quickly condemn his handling of events in the Middle-East.”
