Punters voice their opinions of the speaker
Published:John Bercow is 3/1 with Ladbrokes to leave his post as the Speaker in 2011.
The bookmaker has responded to requests from its political punters by offering the stay/go market even with the role of the Speaker seeming a safe position.
Despite increasingly negative speculation surrounding Bercow’s future he remains 1/5 to see out 2011.
Alex Donohue of Ladbrokes said: “The punters have spoken and there is money around for Bercow to be out before the end of the year.”
