Arnold favourite to be next act voted off Dancing On Ice

Steven Arnold may have avoided being voted off Dancing On Ice at the preliminary stages of the competition despite a troubled performance, but he looks a good bet at 10/3 to be the fifth contestant eliminated from the show.

The former Coronation Street butcher scored a paltry seven out of 30 in his first appearance on the show, but his comedic routine to the Madness hit ‘House of Fun’ drew enough laughs that he avoided the skate-off.

However, with the show now beginning to become more serious, a skating improvement may be required to do so again.

Furthermore, finishing at the bottom of the scoreboard will also increase his likelihood of having to take part in the skate-off as this score is combined with the number of votes received from the public to give an overall score.

The one thing in his favour may be that he takes rehearsals more seriously after a telling off by partner Nina Ulanova for missing a session because he was asleep.

Dominic Cork is the other joint favourite in the Dancing On Ice betting to be the fifth elimination at 10/3.

Cork avoided dropping his Finnish dance partner Alexandra Schauman during his first performance, but a mistake this week could lower his score to a level that would see him placed towards the bottom of the leaderboard.

Denise Welch has been seen out with partner Matt Evers building up her fitness, but is 6/1 to be the next act out, while Johnson Beharry may be another under threat at 5/1.

Jeff Brazier was another to get one of the lower scores after his first skate and this could make him overpriced at 16/1 to be the next act eliminated.

A £25 stake on Beharry being the fifth act eliminated would return £125. New customers can sign up here for a free £25 bet.
