Denilson thinks quadruple not out of the question for Arsenal

Denilson believes that it is not unreasonable that Arsenal could end the season with four trophies if they take things one step at a time.

Arsenal have not won any silverware since 2005 and their best chance to end this barren run will surely be in the Carling Cup, where they are undoubtedly the strongest team in the semi-final line up and are 1/2 favourites to win the trophy.

Meanwhile, optimism will also be high that they can lay down a significant challenge in the Premier League as they currently sit two points behind Manchester United after 15 games of the season.

This has left Arsenal’s betting odds at 9/2 to win the Premier League, but Denilson insists that their eyes should not be looking past their next fixture at home to Fulham.

The Brazilian said: “Last season we lost some big games, but this season we are more experienced. We have a great team, young players and quality as well.

“If we focus on every single game we have a chance to win not only the Carling Cup, but also the FA Cup, the Champions League and the Premier League.”

Arsenal may have lost three of their Premier League games at the Emirates already this season, but that has not stopped them being priced at 2/7 in the football betting odds to beat Fulham.

Since the start of the Premier League, Arsenal have won seven of their nine home games against Fulham and have never been beaten.

Arsenal have also scored 15 goals in the last six of these games, while they have struck at least two goals in their last four Premier League fixtures this season.
