Shoot on sight mentality helps goal-shy Brentford find the target

Scott told the Ealing Gazette: “We’ve been stressing the need to hit the target. The second goal was something we were working on in training. Our forward players have been too isolated, we worked to try and push the midfield up.”

He added that he was surprised to see Toumani Diagouraga add his name to the scoresheet as he “doesn’t usually bother with shooting practice – he just collects the balls”.
