QPR head to Derby to continue their Championship domination

Derby are the next team handed the task of halting Queens Park Rangers’ 100 per cent start to the Championship season.

Neil Warnock’s side have scored nine goals without conceding in their opening three fixtures, with the goals widely being shared around within the squad.

They are 11/8 to pick up another victory at Pride Park and the omens do not look great for Derby.

Nigel Clough’s team lost their only home game of the season so far against Cardiff and were turned over 4-2 by QPR in the corresponding fixture last season.

Meanwhile, QPR are unbeaten in their last six away games against Derby, with their last defeat coming back in 1990.

Elsewhere, Gary Speed prepares for his first home game in charge of Sheffield United as he searches for victory against Preston to lift them off the foot of the table.

The Blades put up a decent showing away at Middlesbrough in a 1-0 loss in Speed’s maiden match in management and they are 10/11 to collect the three points.

Speed has also added first signing Jean Calve, who arrived on a season-long loan from French outfit AS Nancy earlier this week, in his squad.

Ched Evans is the scorer of Sheffield United’s only Championship goal so far this season and is 9/2 to strike first against Preston.

Furthermore, a draw may be on the cards in the clash at Vicarage Road between Watford and Leeds.

Watford drew their opening home game 2-2 with Coventry, while Leeds’ only away game ended 1-1 at Nottingham Forest.

Both have made promising starts to sit just outside the play-off places, with Watford still unbeaten, and the draw can be backed at 23/10.

QPR are the 7/2 favourites to win the Championship, view the whole market.
