The European champions are 11/10 to claim their maiden global title in 90 minutes, whilst the Netherlands are 11/8 and 11/10 respectively.

English referee Howard Webb is 66/1 to show replicate Graham Poll’s mistake and show three yellow cards to any one player.

The Premier League official has been installed as a 200/1 chance to bag Sports Personality of the Year.

Spokesman Nick Weinberg said: “Webb is the only English World Cup success story.”
