Jessica Ennis-Hill favourite to win Strictly Come Dancing 2017

Jessica Ennis-Hill is already the favourite to win next year’s Strictly Come Dancing according to the latest odds.

Following the London 2012 heroine’s announcement that she’ll be retiring from athletics, we make her just 16/1 to waltz away with the Glitterball trophy next year.

Meanwhile, it’s just 3/1 that she’s named as a contestant on the show.

Even shorter odds of 1/2 are offered about her being made a Dame before 2020, while it’s 10/1 she comes out of retirement to compete at the next Games.

Alex Donohue of Ladbrokes said: “Fans are confident it will be yet more gold for Ennis-Hill in retirement. The betting suggests she looks certain to pick up a Damehood too.”
