Bars and Melody laid down a marker to Britain’s Got Talent favourites Collabro by storming into the final with victory in semi-final four.

Simon Cowell’s golden buzzer act did not disappoint as the overwhelming favourite to reach the final with their rendition of Puff Daddy’s I’ll Be Missing You and now they are 7/4 with Ladbrokes to win the show behind the classical boyband.

Joining the singing/rap dup in the live final will be posh violinist Lettice Rowbotham after she won more votes from the British public than Northern Irish dancers Innova.

You would have been happy if you had read our ramblings earlier in the week when we tipped up BGT’s ‘poshest ever contestant’ to sneak into the final behind Bars and Melody.

The 24-year-old is now 40/1 to win the show with her classical interpretations of modern classics but after she helped us to nice return in the semi-finals we won’t be rushing to back her for glory in the final.

Kings and Queens can Samba their way to the final!

After the devastating news of Paddy and Nico’s withdrawal due to injury the last semi-final is now wide open.

Swing boyband Jack Pack are the 2/1 favourites to win the final semi-final but we are prepared to take them on with dancers Kings and Queens.

The group, made up of several Latin American dance couples, are 9/4 to win their heat but our best bet of the night is for them to reach the final, available at 10/11 with Ladbrokes.

Dangers lie in the form of 15-year-old singer songwriter Bailey McConnell and dancer Kieran Lai.

Both acts impressed all four judges at the audition stage and the pair are 11/10 and 6/4 respectively to reach the BGT final.
