Odds slashed we get a winter break in the Premier League

A WINTER break could soon be introduced to the Premier League, according to Ladbrokes.

The bookies have slashed the odds from 20/1 to 8/1 that the break is introduced within the next five seasons.

It’s still a huge 100/1 that the amendment is rushed through for the start of next season.

Alex Donohue of Ladbrokes said: “We expect the FA to organise this soon. As soon as they do we’ll have to cut England’s odds of winning their next major trophy.”
