Gareth Bale should shun a potential return to the Premier League in favour of proving the Real Madrid doubters wrong.
That is according to the latest poll from Ladbrokes after an ineffective performance from Bale against Juventus saw the Bernabeu boo boys turn on the Welshman once again.
In reaction to a performance that saw Bale lay claim to fewer touches than Iker Casillas we asked you to vote on where you think the former Tottenham star should ply his trade next season and with 49 per cent of the votes the majority feel the attacking midfielder should stay put.
Should Bale decide to call time on his La Liga adventure, however, it is Manchester United who most people would like to see benefit, with 33 per cent of voters suggesting Old Trafford could see the winger return to his dazzling best.
Premier League champions Chelsea completed the top three, with 15 per cent of Ladbrokes News readers thinking a forward trio of Bale, Eden Hazard and Diego Costa would make the Blues even more fearsome in a attack.
Few people felt that Pep Guardiola could get the best out of Bale though, with just three per cent of the votes suggesting a switch to the Allianz Arena to play for Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich, but fewer people still think the Etihad should be the player’s next destination.
Manchester City may need to invest in order to challenge Chelsea next season but with not one vote, it seems no one thinks Bale is the man to bring glory back to Eastlands.
