From Jurgen Klopp to Liverpool to Pep Guardiola to England, the rumour mill continues in full swing where managers are concerned this week.
The latest piece that is doing the rounds regards the possibility that Guardiola could be in line to take over from Roy Hodgson as the boss of the England national team.
The Sun reports that the FA are ready to offer the Bayern Munich gaffer a whopping £10m-a-year salary to take the Wembley hot-seat after the completion of the European Championships next summer.
No compensation would be due to the German giants that currently employ him as the 44-year-old’s current deal at the Allianz Arena runs out at the end of the season.
It would be an optimistic move to try and bring in the three-time La Liga, two-time Bundesliga and double Champions League winning manager in to lead the Three Lions to success at the World Cup 2018.
