Chris Golding of the Sunday Express overtook the Sunday Mirror’s Gary Nutting at the head of the Racing Post naps competition table yesterday thanks to Amis Reunis’ win at Windsor.

That was the fourth winner in a row for Golding and following his naps over the past month would’ve returned £16.44 to the £1, today Golding is napping Camberley Two in the 5.00 at Brighton.

Golding isn’t the only hack napping the Roger Charlton horse today with three of Golding’s peers also napping Camberley Two and his current price is 1/2.

Charlton is searching for a quickfire hat-trick with this being Camberley Two’s third start in a week but having justified favouritism on both of those occasions, punters can be confident of seeing Camberley Two step up today.

3.45 Hamilton: City Of Angels – 10/11

Six of the 50 writers in the Racing Post naps competition have napped City Of Angels in this Class 5 handicap at Hamilton and Mark Johnston’s filly is looking for a second win in two starts.

City Of Angel’s is taking on the experienced six-year-old Casino Night who has 9 wins to his name in 66 career starts, including a win last time out at Hamilton, but Barry Murtagh’s horse is carrying 7lbs more than City Of Angels.

The win at Hamilton last time out for City Of Angels was over course and distance and the progressive three-year-old was very impressive in that race and can be expected to continue her fine form today.

4.45 Hamilton: Go Go Green – 9/4

There are just three naps for Go Go Green in this Class 5 handicap and this is a really open race in which to pick the winner from.

Go Go Green is taking a massive step back in class but Jim Goldie’s horse hasn’t won a race since October 2009 and both Hinton Admiral and Ingelby Star offer better value in today’s horse racing odds.

Hinton Admiral is the 7/2 second favourite to win but the preference is for Ingelby Star at 4/1 having impressed progressively on his last three starts.
