The ITV Racing team will be in place for another hectic day of racing this Saturday.
Ed Chamberlin and the crew will be bringing you action from Haydock, Ascot and the all-weather at Kempton throughout the afternoon.
The highlight is the hotly-anticipated showdown between Enable and Crystal Ocean at Kempton, but we’ve got you covered for the whole day…
Our NAP of the day comes in the final televised race, with Harry Angel going in the Sprint Cup Stakes.
The Godolphin-owned four-year-old was excellent in victory at York in May, while a tough run at Ascot came after he got his hoof caught in the stalls.
That won’t be a problem this weekend, however, and the Sire of Dark Angel should be back on song. Has beaten The Tin Man and Tasleet in the last 12 months, and looks poised to do so again.
Despite the late introduction of accomplished Crystal Ocean, we’re sticking with John Gosden’s Enable in the September Stakes.
There’s plenty of intrigue here. The five-time Group 1 winner has won her last six races, but will be running for the first time since a near year-long injury lay-off.
Some will have concerns – understandably so – about Enable’s condition, but Gosden has been mightily confident that the filly is raring to go.
Crystal Ocean will run her close, but on pure peak ability, she’s a cut above the rest, and with Frankie Dettori on-board, we reckon that’s a winning combination.
Our lively longshot comes from the tapeta at Kempton, with our eyes landing on Gossiping in the London Mile Handicap.
It’s been a while since the five-year-old’s last win – 13 races in fact – but the bay gelding has triumped previously over course and distance.
The Gary Moore-trained runner was comfortably beaten by favourite Honey Man just over two weeks ago, but he pushed too early. A more controlled run here could bear fruit in what looks to be an open race.
