It’s nearly time for the great Cheltenham Roar to go up and proceedings to get underway at Prestbury Park. As always the Supreme Novices’ Hurdle kicks-off four days and we spoke to top jockey Davy Russell to get his thoughts on the first race of the Festival.

Min has been the long-time antepost favourite but will Willie Mullins’ charge make it a fourth Supreme win in a row, and sixth overall, for the Irish trainer?

Nicky Henderson’s Altior is next best in the betting while with Yorkhill now set to be engaged elsewhere, there will be an even bigger focus on who can grab the place money.
