Everton have been active in the transfer market this summer but Ronald Koeman isn’t done yet.

The Dutchman has targeted Arsenal’s Olivier Giroud, but if the France international is out of reach, he is ready to set his sights on Danny Welbeck instead.

Our traders believe Giroud is still the most likely of the pair to join Everton this summer at 10/11, but Welbeck is now 2/1 to make a move.

After selling Romelu Lukaku to Manchester United for £75 million, the Toffees have signed Sandro Ramirez and Wayne Rooney to reinforce their attacking options.

Despite bringing in two strikers already, Ronald Koeman is still searching for a target man to lead the line.

The Gunners have signed Alexandre Lacazette and are intent on keeping Alexis Sanchez, which could open the door for Welbeck or Giroud to move on.

Welbeck can operate as a central striker or out wide and Arsenal are believed to value him at £30 million.

The 26-year-old possesses strength, speed and has excellent movement, but he has struggled with injury during his time at the Emirates.

He has only started 33 Premier League games during four seasons in North London.

However, the England international could prove to be very useful addition if he is able to stay fit.
