Ronald Koeman is now odds-on to be the next manager to vacate his position in the Premier League, according to our traders.
Following Everton’s latest dismal outing on Sunday against Burnley, the Dutchman has been backed in for the axe and now finds himself as the 4/7 favourite.
Toffees’ owner, Farhad Moshiri has given Koeman the dreaded vote of confidence. And we all know what that means.
After two wins on the bounce, the Blues looked like they had eased out of their early-season slump.
However, a late equaliser conceded to Apollon Limassol, and that home defeat to Burnley has put the club back into crisis-mode.
The move for Koeman has seemingly eased the pressure on West Ham United’s Slaven Bilic, who drifts out to 11/2 following his side’s win against Swansea City over the weekend.
Ladbrokes spokesperson Jessica Bridge said: “As far as punters are concerned it’s a case of when and not if Koeman’s given his marching orders.”
Premier League sack race
