Fresh from conceding four at the Emirates on Saturday, all eyes will be on Liverpool later with the Reds due to face Blackburn Rovers in a tricky FA Cup quarter-final replay at Ewood Park.

Brendan Rodgers’ side may be favourites to progress at the expense of their Championship opponents but after a decidedly dodgy defensive display against the Gunners, will Kolo Toure be in the starting the line-up?

More importantly, where does the Ivorian rank among Red’s worst ever defensive additions? Does he rank at all?

That’s the idea for our latest poll, with the former Arsenal man one of six candidates for the title of worst ever Liverpool addition.

Read on and place your vote.

Djimi Traore may have won the Champions League with Liverpool but he is probably best remembered for a comedy own goal in the FA Cup that saw the Reds dumped out of the competition by Burnley during that same season.

Philipp Degen endured an injury-plagued spell at Anfield, having previous impressed enough at Borussia Dortmund to earn a free transfer to Liverpool. He only managed seven Premier League appearances for the Reds.

Jan Kromkamp was another player who was only on the books at Liverpool for a brief period, playing 14 league games for the Reds in just over a season and a bit at the club. He did feature in the 2006 FA Cup final.

Glen Johnson cost Liverpool a rather hefty £17.5m when signed from Portsmouth in June 2009 and though he was initially impressive at Anfield recent seasons have seen both his form and regular appearances for the Reds all but disappear.

Paul Konchesky was arguably the most questionable signing made by Roy Hodgson during his ill-fated stint in charge of the Merseysiders and that was quite an achievement considering Christian Poulsen was also recruited. He played just 15 times for the Reds in the league.

Kolo Toure was a surprise addition to the Liverpool ranks in 2013, arriving at Anfield on a free transfer from Manchester City. Though there has been the occasional good performance – against Real Madrid for instance – there have been plenty of bad ones to make him a candidate.
