Odds slashed on Ben Arfa to Leicester as Mahrez seeks Man City move

Deadline Day is drawing to a close but there could yet be plenty of movement in the Premier League.

Our traders have slashed the odds on Hatem Ben Arfa joining Leicester City.

The Foxes’ face losing Riyad Mahrez, with Manchester City keen to sign the Algerian winger.

Ben Arfa is out of favour at Paris Saint-Germain but has a good relationship with Foxes boss Claude Puel.

Previously a 16/1 shot to join the East Midlands side, our traders now make it just 11/8 for a deal to be done.

Elsewhere, David Luiz has moved into Evens to join Arsenal from Chelsea.

It’s believed the Brazilian could become part of a deal which would see Olivier Giroud head in the other direction.

Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “The clock is ticking but several clubs are still clearly keen to bring in new recruits – and we could be set for a handful of huge arrivals over the coming hours.”
