Newcastle United travel to Everton tonight in search of a fifth consecutive league win.

They’re only a point behind the Merseyside club, who’ve not won any of their last three games.

The Magpies could climb above Everton into ninth with victory. But they’ve only won one of the last 10 meetings between the two sides.

The odds suggest their miserable run against the hosts will continue. Everton are 5/4 favourites. Newcastle are 9/4 and the draw is going for 11/5.

Everton won 1-0 when these sides played each other back in December. That was their fourth straight Win to Nil over the Toon Army. Both Sides to Score – No is 10/11.

Rafa Benitez’s side won’t pay too much attention to what’s gone before though. They’ll be feeling very confident after their recent run. You can get Newcastle or Draw at 4/6.

Ayoze Perez could be key for the visitors after scoring three goals and setting up two more in his last three appearances. The Spaniard is 16/5 to get on the scoresheet here.

Everton will look to Cenk Tosun to lead the line. The January arrival is 7/2 to open the scoring.

There may not be much to play for at Goodison, but both sides will want to finish the season strongly to send a message to their respective owners.
