Crystal Palace face a fight to keep Wilfried Zaha at Selhurst Park.
That’s according to the press, who claim a trio of Premier League heavyweights are eyeing up the winger.
Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester City are believed to be keen on signing the 25-year-old.
Zaha shone for the Eagles last term, scoring seven goals in addition to 11 assists. He’s maintained that form this season.
After missing six of Palace’s opening seven games – when they went goalless and winless – Zaha has sparked a remarkable turnaround.
He’s netted four times from 12 games, in which the South Londoners have lost just twice.
His form hasn’t gone unnoticed, and it’s believed a £40m bid could be imminent. Palace have no need to sell, Zaha is under contract until 2022.
And the player himself may be wary of making another move after a tough time at Manchester United. But on playing ability, there’s little doubt today’s Zaha is far more equipped to handle life at the top.
It seems unlikely he would choose to join Man City, where Pep Guardiola already enjoys an embarrassment of attacking riches.
The Chelsea link is believed to stem from the Blues’ concerns that Eden Hazard may leave to head for Spain, while Arsenal have a similar fear over Alexis Sanchez.
Arsenal – 7/4
