Wycombe are firm favourites to win the League Two title this season at 6/1 and they will be keen to build on their comfortable opening day victory at Morecambe in a tricky trip to Stockport.
Both clubs were relegated from League One during the last campaign despite Wycombe gaining 20 points more, although Stockport did collect one of just five league successes in their home game against the Chairboys.
However, they made hard work of securing maximum points as they almost threw away a 4-0 lead with just 23 minutes remaining.
George Donnelly scored twice in the 4-3 victory and is 7/1 to be the first goalscorer this season, while Scott Rendell broke the deadlock on his Wycombe debut in the 2-0 Morecambe victory and is the 5/1 favourite in this market.
Wycombe are 5/4 to make up for last season’s disappointment and secure the three points.
Crewe were just one of two home teams to lose at home on the opening day of the season and they will be hoping to bounce back at Cheltenham.
Calvin Zola struck twice in the corresponding fixture during the last campaign as Crewe ran out rampant 4-0 winners, but things are expected to be much tighter this time.
Cheltenham picked up a useful point at Gillingham in their first game and are 11/8 to claim victory.
Meanwhile, Port Vale and Chesterfield both put their 100 per cent league records on the line in their clash at Vale Park.
Lee Collins netted the only goal as Vale claimed a promising victory at Bury, while Jack Lester, who is 11/1 to finish the season as League Two’s top goalscorer, grabbed what proved to be the winner in Chesterfield’s 2-1 defeat of Barnet.
Chesterfield will be without Craig Davies after he was sent off in the success, but a draw could prove a wise bet at 9/4 as both teams look to build on their strong starts.
Torquay are the division’s early pacesetters and they are 7/4 to win at Lincoln.
