Brighton may suffer a slight setback in their charge towards the League One title in their next outing as they may struggle to make it eight successive victories when travelling to Dagenham and Redbridge.

The winning run maintained by Gus Poyet’s team has seen them surge ten points clear at the top of the table and it is 1/1 that they extend their form by beating Dagenham and Redbridge.

This seems a fabulous price when looking at the contrasting positions of the two clubs in the league standings, with the Daggers just one place outside of the relegation places.

However, Dagenham are unbeaten in six league games and have won two of their last three at home.

They have plenty to play for in their quest for survival and 12/5 looks reasonable that they can secure a draw.

It is 13/5 that Dagenham and Redbridge beat Brighton.

Elsewhere in League One, Yeovil and Sheffield Wednesday will both fancy their chances of securing home victories in their respective encounters with Carlisle and Brentford.

Carlisle have lost their last three away games, while Yeovil come into the fixture on the back of a morale-boosting 5-1 success away at Leyton Orient.

Yeovil are 5/4 to beat Carlisle and the home team have won five of the last six showdowns between the pair.

Carlisle still have an outside chance of finishing in the play-off places and are 2/1 to take three points from Yeovil.

Meanwhile, Sheffield Wednesday are gradually falling towards the relegation places after taking just one point from their last four games, but can get back to winning ways against Brentford.

Sheffield Wednesday are 11/10 to beat Brentford, with the draw 5/2 and an away win priced at 13/5.

A £20 stake on Dagenham and Redbridge drawing 2-2 with Brighton would return £280. New customers can sign up here to take advantage of free bets totalling up to £60.
