We turn our attentions to the Europe League today in an effort to continue the current winning streak being enjoyed by the safety net bet.

After back-to-back tennis victories, Piece By Piece was one of the easiest safety net bet winners in recent memory when triumphing in the horse racing at Catterick yesterday.

Piece By Piece led the four-runner field from the starting stalls and had them stretched entering the home straight, eventually cantering to a comfortable seven-length victory.

We are hoping for another straight-forward success in the Europa League tonight, as 80 teams prepare for the first legs of their second qualifying round showdowns.

Many of the teams are representing Europe’s minor nations, with Kazakhstan, Belarus, Georgia, Azerbaijan and Northern Ireland among the countries with clubs taking part.

However, there are some relatively big European names lurking in the draw and one of which is Red Bull Salzburg of Austria.

Red Bull Salzburg have a good history in the Europa League having triumphed in all six of the group-stage fixtures in the competition two seasons ago.

Meanwhile, they are favourites to win the Austrian league this season and beat French giants Lyon in a recent friendly.

Their first task in the Europa League is against FK Liepajas Metalurgs, who only managed to finish third in the Latvian league last season.

Red Bull Salzburg play the first leg away and 1/2 seems a generous price in the Europa League odds that they secure victory.

We will be staking £40 on the Salzburg victory to fulfil our daily aim of winning £20.

Current Status:
Bank: £301.50
Today’s stake: £40
Best case scenario: £321.50
Worst case scenario: £261.50

Last Safety Net bet: Piece By Piece to win 14:50 at Catterick @4/7

Wealth warning: although we are confident the safety net bet’s strategy will be profitable over a period of time, the nature of sport means we cannot guarantee you will win every single time.
