As ever there is plenty for the discerning punter to keep their eye on across the continent this weekend, with Sunday offering this fivefold acca at enticing odds of just over 35/1.

Malaga to beat Espanyol @ 5/6

Champions League quarter-finalists Malaga played out a goalless draw at Espanyol earlier this season, but won four of the previous five meetings before that.

Only Barcelona have left La Rosaleda as away victors in the last 11, and given that Espanyol have won just two of 13 away this season – scoring just 12 goals, the second lowest total in La Liga – the hosts will be confident.

Eintracht Frankfurt to beat Stuttgart @ evens

Despite only being promoted last summer Eintracht Frankfurt are making a strong tilt at European qualification, and currently sit 10 points clear of Stuttgart.

The visitors have lost their last four and head to the Commerzbank-Arena with the third-worst away record in the Bundesliga, having scored just 13 goals on the road – the joint-lowest outside of the relegation zone.

St Mirren to beat Hearts @ 15/8

The Scottish League Cup final brings together two SPL strugglers, but it is St Mirren who could hold the upper hand having beaten Hearts 2-0 in the league at the end of last month.

Saints saw off Celtic to reach the final, and they’ll fancy their chances of a first major honour for eight years against a Hearts outfit who have lost five of the last seven.

Roma to beat Parma @ 8/15

Roma have only tasted defeat in two of their last 10 home league games, a run which has taken them to the cusp of the European places.

Not since 1997 have Parma beaten Roma at the Stadio Olimpico, and this time the visitors make the journey off the back of four winless games on the road, losing three.

PSG to beat Saint-Etienne @ 5/4

Paris Saint-Germain are comfortably the top scoring away side in Ligue 1, hitting the net 25 times on their way to seven wins.

Their hosts here may be in fourth place but four of Saint-Etienne’s six league defeats have come at the Stade Geoffroy-Guichard, and they haven’t beaten PSG at the venue in the last four.
